                        The fact is that over 50% want Davis out of office.  Futhermore, his approval rating is about            .                      22%.  No way 78% of California is made up of "radical right wingers".

                        I don't like Davis either, but he was elected legitimately and has committed no impeachable offense.
                       Like him or not, your ethical vote is against the recall.

                        Just before his re-election, Davis claimed that the budget deficit was not as bad as it really was/is.  
                        He also spent millions to subvert the Republican primary  by attacking Riordan so he could run    
                        against the weaker Simon.

                       There is only one legitimate vote...that is for Lt. Governor Bustamonte like him or not.
                       The California Constitution has allowed the Lt. Governor to take over when the  Governor .                       is incapcitated or not in the state.    Maybe you recall Mike Curb?  Incapacitated does not mean .                       If it did, there would be no reason nor need for the portion of the Constitution that deals with recall .                       elections

I may be a moron, but I’m not stupid. Do you mean to tell me that politicians lie and manipulate?
I’m shocked, absolutely shocked. Gee. Did Davis really attack Riordan so he could run against Simon? What a sneaky guy! How come the Republicans fell for it? Not too swift.
Also, I’d much rather be a jackass than be a racist, bigoted, enviornment destroying,war-mongering, xenophobic, imperialist American Ayatollah. I know. That was mean spirited of me. I am not referring to you. Such a statement is also likely to get me in big trouble with the current administration. They feel free to imply that any one who disagrees with them is a traitor...and you do know what the penalty for that is, don't you? Their enforced patriotism has echoes of Germany in the 1930’s. The parallels are frightening. Oh well, might as well try standing up to them now before it is too late. Trust me on this one. When it gets too late for me, it will probably be too late for you too.
